You’re probably here because of a situation, not a service: sometimes it’s a partnership that’s gotten messy or complicated, or you have a key person on the brink of leaving, or your team is stuck in firefighting mode and can’t find ways to become more proactive.
Or perhaps it’s because of something more personal—you have a lot to do but are struggling to focus and execute, or you’re sitting down to rest for a few minutes at the end of the day and can’t turn your brain off enough to actually recharge. Maybe you’re just overwhelmed, want to try something new, and don’t know how to take the first step.
Whatever the case may be, our team is well-equipped to help you carve a path forward.
We start with a conversation, not a questionnaire. You describe what you’re going through at work or at home, we name the patterns and the dynamics with the speed, accuracy, and clarity you need to know you’re in the right place.
We’ll teach you see your patterns, the patterns of others, and how to adapt so that personality type and communication patterns are never standing between you or your team’s ability to perform at your best.

Long-standing coaching client
Most people want to get a feel for the coaching experience before making a commitment. This two-session sample is the perfect way to do that.
In those sessions, we’ll use the Enneagram, our preferred personality tool, to name the habits and patterns that create life friction as well as name strengths you might take for granted. You’ll leave those meetings with a clear idea of precisely where you want to grow and confidence in your ability to achieve it.
This is the lowest-commitment way to see how we work. You can stop there, though most people find it’s more appetizer than meal.
Once you’re in, there are three ways to dive deeper.
A standing monthly slot with your coach, plus support between sessions. Nobody’s counting minutes. You also get access to our online space, including a room shared by the whole Veris client base, and when a hard season hits, we add time. If you’re in the system, you have our attention.
Two rooms, same structure. Collective is the broader room; Circle is for women running companies and holding senior roles. Both are vetted, high-performing members working on their own patterns. You bring your challenges, get feedback, and think alongside people who aren’t caught up in your company’s politics.

The interview and exploration is $400 for both meetings, and it’s included when you start coaching with us.
